TASTING NOTES (September 2024)
Bright gold colour, with enticing aromas of oak spice, vanilla, and cinnamon, alongside luscious butterscotch and ripe stone fruits like pear and apricot, with a hint of melon. The palate opens with a creamy texture, balanced by fresh acidity that seamlessly carries the wood and fruit components. Flavours of ripe melon, yellow apple, and buttered toast emerge, offering a rounded mouthfeel. The wine finishes with good length, showing poise, depth, and a structure that promises graceful aging while preserving the purity of its fruit.

A blend of 65% Pinotage, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot.

TASTING NOTES (August 2023)
An intense ruby colour is followed by complex aromas of cherries, cassis, blue- and black berries, oak spice and a whiff of cracked black pepper. The fine, crunchy tannins creates a delicate structural framework, which is draped with plush flavours of blood plums and black berries. The finish is decidedly dry, with a hint of oak dust and flavours of sweet-andsour cherries. An utterly juicy, moreish and approachable wine, with integrated new oak characters and a balanced acidity.

TASTING NOTES (August 2022)
Alluring aromas of cinnamon, cherries, wild strawberry, raspberry and cedar wood dominate the nose. The wine has a delicious, juicy fruit profile with complex flavours of ripe plums, black cherries, nutmeg and cloves. The ripe tannins are well integrated and complement the elegant nature of the wine. Flavours of cranberries on the aftertaste, with a long, dry finish.

TASTING NOTES (August 2023)
Intense blood-red hues, with fragrant notes of dark fruits, blackberries, cassis and bouquet garni, supported by subtle whiffs of graphite and bell peppers. Delectably rich and concentrated fruit spectrum, intersecting with flavours of baked cherry tart, mulberries, mocha and sweet oak spices. A bold tannin structure and fresh acidity act as the perfect foil to balance the wood and fruit components. Powerful, yet fresh and velvety, with hints of black olive paste on the long, dry finish.
