Our cosy tasting room is situated on the Bainskloof Road in Wellington. We invite you to taste and purchase wines in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with breath-taking views of the mountains and vineyards.
Our restaurant, Duke’s Kitchen, serves all our excellent wines at fair prices, accompanied by casual, home-cooked meals, burgers and pizzas.
If you are a mountain biking or hiking enthusiast, our tasting room is your ideal departure or “wine-down” spot.

- Monday to Friday: 09h00 – 17h00
- Saturdays: 10h00 – 17h00
- Sundays and Public Holidays: 11h00 – 15h00
- Closed: Easter Friday / 25 & 26 December / 01 January

Looking for a relaxing outing?
For just R400 per couple, you can escape to the tranquil beauty of Bain’s Park and enjoy a charming picnic under the trees or on the lush grass – a true feast for the senses. Our picnic experience at the Wellington Wines tasting room includes:
- 2 x Spinach and feta quiche
- Charcuterie platter to share
- 2 x Choc-chip muffins
- 1 x 750ml Imprint Blush
Please note: Picnics are available by pre-booking and pre-payment only, and are weather permitting.
Once your booking request has been received, we will send you an invoice for EFT payment. Your picnic will only be prepared once payment has been received and confirmed.
- Additional wines are available for purchase from the tasting room.
- No BYO (bring your own) alcohol permitted.
- We supply picnic blankets, but you are welcome to bring your own.
- Bring your family – kids are welcome! Soak in the fresh air and enjoy a relaxed day out. Regret, no pets allowed.

- Wednesday to Saturday: 11h00 – 20h00 A LA CARTE ONLY (kitchen closes at 20h00)
