TASTING NOTES
A deep, brooding Cabernet with an opaque purple-red core. Classic aromas of cassis, black fruit pastilles, blackberries, tea leaf, fresh herbs, tomato leaf, and pencil shavings. Subtle hints of umami add intrigue. On the palate, the wine is rich and confidently structured, with excellent extraction and clarity of fruit. Finely-knit tannins frame a core of blackcurrant, plum, and red berries, interwoven with earthy undertones. The oak is well-integrated, adding polish without overwhelming the varietal character. A dry, persistent finish delivers lingering notes of cassis, graphite dust, and dried herbs. This is a poised, classically styled Cabernet Sauvignon that combines depth and finesse.
