Food-and-wine experience with chef Monique Nienaber
Following last year’s successful Duke Proetafel experiences, Wellington Wines is excited to bring back this much-loved series – this time with a new approach, but the same combination of delicious food, great wine and good company.
This year, Monique will take the lead in the kitchen while guests sit back, watch, learn, taste and enjoy. This is not a hands-on cooking class where guests prepare the food themselves, but rather a relaxed demonstration-style experience where Monique shares her knowledge, techniques and love of food and flavours with you.
Who is Monique Nienaber?
Monique is known for her creative, regionally inspired dishes, her warm hospitality and her infectious passion for food. From her Ebonymoon guesthouse and cooking studio in Porterville, she shares her love of fresh local ingredients, seasonal flavours and inspiration from a variety of world cuisines.
Her cooking experiences are popular among food lovers who not only want to enjoy good food, but also learn something new and leave feeling inspired.
Only 40 tickets are available per demonstration.
