TASTING NOTES (May 2023)
Fragrant aromas of wild brambles, black pepper, red plums and leather, with subtle oak spice and cured meats in the background. The palate is full-bodied, with finely grained tannins and a pleasant balance between the fruit and oak. Red fruit flavours, along with notes of dried herbs and sweet oak spice linger on the lengthy finish.
