TASTING NOTES
Pale-straw in colour, with a luminous clarity that hints at its freshness. Expressively aromatic, showcasing a medley of tropical fruits. Upfront notes of guava, white peach, and ripe melon lead the way, layered with hints of pineapple, green apple, passion fruit and zesty citrus. Bright and fresh on entry, with a balanced acidity that energizes the palate. The wine has a lovely fleshy texture and rounded mouthfeel, carrying through the tropical fruit profile from the nose – especially guava, peach, and melon. A gentle minerality emerges on the finish, adding finesse and a clean, satisfying close. Fresh, fruit-driven, and well-balanced, with a polished structure and appealing drinkability.
