TASTING NOTES
Rich plum colour with exotic aromas of oak spice, smoked meats, red fruits, prunes, leather and tobacco. The beautifully rounded and succulent red fruit core on the palate is supported by gentle tannins and a lifting acidity. Layered components of dried herbs, black olives, raspberry fruit and savoury tarts linger on the lengthy finish. Utterly delicious and moreish!
