TASTING NOTES (March 2022)
Classic Cabernet aromas of blackcurrants, dried herbs and pencil shavings, backed by notes of toffee and black figs. Plenty of dense black fruits to flesh out the mid palate, with finely-grained tannins. A very refined and elegant wine from the majestic 2017 vintage, with a long, dry finish and notes of allspice and tea leaves to round it off.
Maturation potential → 2027.
